Role: Fashion Communicator / Brand Storyteller — Internship (Hybrid, Noida) Khandaani is a design house reinterpreting India's textiles, architecture, and material culture into up-to-date clothing. We build carefully — but we've been bad at telling anyone why it matters. We're looking for someone to fix that. What you'll actually do:
Turn our research and process (why a print, why a construction choice, why a piece exists at all) into content people actually stop for • Write and shape captions, product stories, and brand copy across Instagram and LinkedIn • Help develop the voice behind collection drops — not generic fashion marketing, actual storytelling •Work directly with the founder on positioning, not just execution Who this is for:
You can write — and you understand the difference between marketing copy and a story someone actually wants to read • You're interested in Indian design, textile history, or cultural research — this isn't a generic content-writing gig • You want your name on real, published work, not a task list What you get: This is an unpaid internship — there is no fixed stipend.
In exchange: if your work (a campaign, a piece of writing, a story format) gets published and drives measurable results, you get full public credit and a bonus tied to what it generates. If nothing you make gets launched, there's no payout. That's the honest deal, not a vague promise. We're taking one person for this role specifically.
