Position: Relationship Manager
Training Period: 2 Months
Stipend During Training: 40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking/insurance products.
Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
Generate leads through referrals and networking.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries.
Maintain accurate customer records and comply with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate with 50% or above (Regular Mode only).
Minimum 3 years of experience, including:
1 year in core sales, and
2 years (mandatory) in the BFSI/Insurance sector.
Minimum last drawn CTC: 3 LPA.
Excellent English communication skills.
Age between 25 and 35 years.
