We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Garment Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure timely order completion.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the entire production process.
Coordinate with tailors, craftsmen, and other team members.
Ensure all orders are completed within the given deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of clients and production schedules.
Monitor product quality and maintain company standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with workers and colleagues.
Handle production planning, inventory management, and workflow coordination.
Resolve production-related issues efficiently.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the garment or fashion industry.




Robust leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fabrics, stitching processes, and garment production.
