Responsibilities
Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to high standards
Safeguard equipment and promptly report any damages or deficiencies
Address guest complaints and requests with professionalism and courtesy
Monitor and replenish consumable supplies as needed
Strictly adhere to health and safety protocols and company policies
Requirements and Skills
Demonstrated experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining efficiency and quality
Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
Robust prioritisation and time management abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
