SpaceVBuild is looking for dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervise daily labour and site activities.
Ensure work is executed as per the instructions of Architects & Engineers.
Monitor quality, progress, and discipline at site.
Maintain daily work reports and share regular project updates.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.

ELIGIBILITY :
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates from Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related construction backgrounds will be preferred.
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Only candidates who are local residents of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and own a two-wheeler will be preferred, as the role requires travel.





TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT PROCESS :
Freshers: Mandatory 4-month Internship with structured training, performance monitoring, and practical site exposure.
Experienced Candidates: 2-month Probation Period during which performance, technical capability, discipline, and site management skills will be evaluated.
Upon successful completion of the Internship/Probation and meeting the organisation's performance standards, candidates will be offered a full time position with SpaceVBuild.
