Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Manager-level Strategy & Operations Consultant to support high-impact consulting engagements in the Power, Energy & Utilities sector.

The consultant will work closely with the Case Leadership Team and the broader consulting team on strategic and operational transformation initiatives. The exact scope and responsibilities will vary depending on the assignment.

Key Responsibilities
Support and lead workstreams on consulting engagements across the Power, Energy & Utilities sector.
Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps for complex business challenges.
Conduct market research, data analysis, and problem-solving to drive client outcomes.
Engage with senior client stakeholders and present findings and recommendations.




Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Contribute to project management, stakeholder communication, and overall engagement delivery.

Skills Required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) and MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes.

7–10 years of total qualified experience.

Minimum 7 years of management consulting experience.

Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in the PEnower, Energy & Utilities sector.

Minimum 1 year of consulting experience working with Central Government, State Government, or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
