Role & responsibilities
Conduct field visits to customer locations for collections and follow-ups.
Negotiate with customers for repayment plans / settlements as per company policy.
Ensure maximum recovery and reduce delinquency levels in the assigned portfolio.
Maintain proper documentation and proof of collection visits.
Update collection status regularly in system / mobile app.
Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Credit, Operations) for complex cases.
Identify and escalate skip cases / fraud / high-risk accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain skilled behavior and avoid any misconduct during recovery activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate (preferred)
Minimum 1 years experience in field collections / recovery
Experience in NBFC / Banking / Microfinance preferred
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel in field
