We are seeking a motivated and energetic Freight Forwarding Logistic Sales skilled to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of our freight forwarding services. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain management, alongside exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
Identify potential clients and build long-lasting relationships
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Prepare and present customized logistics solutions to clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote services

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:
Experience in international logistics and shipping
Knowledge of cargo insurance and claims management
Fluency in additional languages
Networking experience within the logistics industry
