Job Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company quality policies.
Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
Perform routine quality tests and maintain accurate inspection records.
Identify quality issues and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the facility.
Handle customer complaints related to product quality and support root cause analysis.




Assist during internal and external quality audits.
Maintain documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety regulations.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
