Role & responsibilities :
Develop and manage relationships with leading DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, and travel agents.
Drive leisure room bookings and revenue through the travel trade network.
Identify and onboard new travel partners across Karnataka and South India.
Maintain regular sales calls, market visits, partner meetings, and product presentations.
Negotiate commercial agreements and annual rate contracts with travel partners.
Achieve monthly and annual room night and revenue targets.
Conduct hotel familiarization (FAM) trips and participate in travel trade events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.
Strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase repeat business and market share.

Preferred candidate profile :

Essential Requirements
47 years of experience in Travel Trade Sales within the hospitality industry.




Robust experience working in the South India market, particularly Bengaluru/Karnataka.
Proven experience in selling leisure hotels or resorts.
Existing network and relationships with major DMCs, tour operators, travel agencies, and travel wholesalers.
Positive understanding of the leisure travel business, seasonal demand patterns, and distribution channels.
Experience in generating business for resort destinations through the travel trade.
Solid negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across South India and other key source markets.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
