About the Company

Marketnode is a digital market infrastructure (DMI) operator backed by Euroclear, HSBC, SGX Group and Temasek. We believe in the power of programmable assets and that traditional financial instruments will originated, transacted and served better leveraging emerging technologies such as blockchain. Our approach to building market infrastructure is one of partnership with the industry and in 2024 have successfully launched our first market-wide platform for funds, with credit and structured products to follow 2025 onwards.

At Marketnode, our DMI suite covers the following:
Data services: AI powered structured data and extraction tools
Funds & transaction management: operating Fundnode, a funds transaction management and settlement platform
Digital Assets: multi-asset tokenization, record keeping and asset servicing

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end development across our platform and data services.

You will play a key role in building scalable systems, improving developer experience, and contributing to high-quality product delivery in a quick-growing fintech setting.

What You'll Do




Design and implement backend features on our orchestration platform in Java
Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and test coverage, while maintaining and guiding project-level AI coding standards
Contribute to architecture design
Continuously improve developer experience and codebase efficiency
Collaborate on product shaping and delivery
Uphold a robust testing and documentation culture
Mentor other engineers and champion best practices within the team
Provide L3 support for production systems, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of issues

5+ Years Experience with Core Technology Stack
Java
Spring Framework
React
TypeScript
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Nice to Have
Experience in regulated finance, fintech, or blockchain
Knowledge of data security, segregation, and compliance practices
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability tooling (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
