Role Overview

We are looking for a Network L2 Engineer to provide operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in routing, switching, firewalls, NAC, SD-WAN, and load balancers, with the ability to resolve incidents and support day-to-day network operations.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Routing & Switching (Cisco)
Experience with FortiGate Firewalls (policy management, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting)
Experience with Forescout NAC administration and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of Versa SD-WAN
Experience with Radware Load Balancers
Valuable understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and Static Routing




Knowledge of Layer 2 technologies including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and HSRP
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, etc.)

Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure and resolve incidents within SLA.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, NAC, SD-WAN, and load balancer issues.
Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
Support firewall policy changes, VPN configurations, and user connectivity issues.
Monitor network health, analyze alerts, and escalate complex issues to the L3 team.
Maintain network documentation and participate in change management activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure network availability and performance.

Preferred Certifications
CCNA (Preferred)
Fortinet NSE/FCP certification is an added advantage.
Versa or Forescout certifications are a plus.
