· Conduct product demonstrations (Demo plots) at farmer fields. · Visit farmers regularly and guide them on product usage. · Suggest suitable fertilizers / micronutrients / PGR based on crop stage. · Organize farmer meetings and group discussions. · Coordinate with dealers for product availability. · Collect farmer feedback and field performance data. · Promote new product launches at village level. · Build strong relationships with progressive farmers. · Support Sales Officer in achieving territory targets. · Submit daily field visit reports.
Key Skills Required:· Solid technical knowledge of crops and fertilizers. · Ability to explain product advantages practically. · Valuable communication and convincing skills. Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
