About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with engineering teams and customers to design, develop, and deploy voice bots and chatbots for customer service use cases on a up-to-date Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform.

In this role, you'll build conversational experiences across voice and chat channels, develop agentic AI workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and support solutions from initial development through production deployment. You'll also work with existing customer service technologies β€” including IVR systems, conversational platforms, APIs,



and enterprise applications β€” to deliver seamless, scalable experiences.

What You'll Bring 3–5 years of experience in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, or related software development

Solid understanding of NLP and voice-first system design

Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, IVR, conversational platforms)

Comfort working directly with customers, translating requirements into deployed solutions
