Manage end-to-end administration functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Transportation, Canteen, Guest House, Security, and Facility Management.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of buildings, utilities, office infrastructure, and workplace maintenance.
Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, and facility upkeep through effective vendor management and SLA monitoring.
Manage transportation operations, fleet maintenance, transport vendors, GPS tracking, and cost optimization.
Administer canteen operations by ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, statutory compliance, and vendor performance.
Handle expatriate travel, accommodation, visa formalities, guest house management, and protocol services.
Negotiate and manage contracts for outsourced services while ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control.




Supervise administrative staff and outsourced teams, conduct training, and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and workplace best practices.

Educational & Experience Qualification
Ex Serviceman from Army, Indian air Force or Navy as a Commissioned Officer
Proven working experience as Security manager or other Security officer with 15 to 20 yrs experience in Manufacturing Industries
Bachelors/ Masters degree or related field
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Security metrics
Knowledge of Vigilance & Fire Safety
