About the Role

Akash Steel Ventures is looking for a highly energetic and dependable Field Operations Executive to work directly with the Founder. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, coordinating people, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods.
Supervise loading, unloading, container stuffing and dispatches.
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, warehouses and factories.
Verify material quality, quantity and documentation.
Visit vendor and customer locations whenever required.
Coordinate daily with the office team and ensure smooth execution.
Resolve operational issues quickly and independently.
Maintain dispatch, inventory and inspection records.
Ensure materials are packed, loaded and delivered correctly.
Support the Founder in all field-related operational activities.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, steel,



fabrication or industrial operations.
Good spoken English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
Street-smart with strong practical problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel locally on short notice.
Comfortable working in factories, warehouses and loading yards.
Physically fit and not afraid to get hands dirty when required.
Proficient in WhatsApp, Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid sense of ownership, honesty and accountability.
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler licence preferred.
