Purpose of the Job

Effective supervision and development of operators to achieve optimum material and manpower cost.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance of services to schedule as per contract and real-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials to achieve desired profitability.

Regularly brief operators on safety and ensure its compliance to prevent accidents during work execution.

Monitoring and educating them for services to be done through Operator Application.

Ensure effective services by which pest occurrences are prevented and customer complaints avoided.

Monitor services efficacy and stack conditions consistently at Warehouses to ensure effective fumigation and commodity protection.

Monthly reports like Chemical closing, Physical Verification & revenue.

CRM visits with accounts. Customer awareness program on monthly basis.
