Role & responsibilities :
Analysis of rates to work as actual vs contractual for at least two major order like plumbing, fire fighting, electrical by actual measurement vs order records.
Handover to customer in full and error free flats as per sales requirement (priority list) and time line.
Deployment of vendor as per plan and schedule.
Proper planning of required material for completion
Proper deployment of labor on site
Ensure smooth functioning of the project
Coordination of drawings & details with architects & consultants
Quality control
Cost control
Trouble shooting with local officials with bmc/bses/collectorate etc.
Interaction with customers regarding flat modification
To ensure safety & security at site
Employee development
Ability to manage and deal effectively with contractors.
Lead team of engineers
Provide a vision and concept to all the internal architects and consultant to ensure that the plans set do not have any errors which would constraint the working of the project
