Salary: ₹10,000/month (Trial Period) We are looking for a motivated fresher who wants to build a career in international business development on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. No prior experience is required—we will provide training. The ideal candidate should have valuable English communication skills, be willing to learn, and be available during the night shift. Responsibilities
Manage our Upwork agency and freelancer profiles.
Manage our Fiverr seller accounts.
Submit 1–2 high-quality proposals per profile per day based on our bidding strategy.
Read job descriptions carefully and write personalized proposals.
Respond to client messages and interview invitations professionally.
Keep track of proposals, responses, and follow-ups.
Maintain account quality by following Upwork and Fiverr best practices.
Coordinate with the internal team for project requirements and estimates.
Prepare a daily work report at the end of each shift.
Linkedin handling (Will learn how to do) Requirements
Fresher candidates are welcome.
Basic written English communication skills.
Positive internet connection and personal laptop/desktop.
Willingness to work from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST.
Honest, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Period
This is a paid trial prospect at ₹10,000 per month. During the trial, we will evaluate your communication skills, consistency, learning ability, and overall performance.
