Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, source candidates, conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and lead recent hire inductions.
Compliance & Records: Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage statutory filings (like PF and ESIC), and maintain accurate employee records.
Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and run engagement activities.
Payroll & Performance Support: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance, and assist with performance appraisal cycles.
