Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential clients, conduct site visits, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for bookings.

Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in field sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
