Yaar is building a faster way for manufacturers, workshops and contractors to source fasteners and industrial hardware. We are hiring a field sales executive to onboard suppliers and collect genuine buyer requirements across Ahmedabad’s industrial areas.

Responsibilities:
Visit hardware shops, fabricators, workshops and industrial businesses
Onboard verified suppliers for fasteners, bearings, tools and related products
Understand supplier categories, stock, MOQ, service area and delivery capability
Collect genuine buyer requirements and help suppliers respond with price and availability
Build long-term relationships with suppliers and buyers
Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up records
Achieve monthly onboarding, inquiry and conversion targets

Requirements:




Positive Gujarati and Hindi communication
Own bike and willingness to travel locally
Comfortable with field visits, cold conversations and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets or CRM
B2B, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, hardware or industrial sales experience preferred
Freshers with solid communication and field confidence may apply

Compensation: Fixed salary + travel allowance + performance incentives based on verified onboarding, active inquiries and successful conversions. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
