Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations (ISO 14001, local legal requirements,).

• Implement and maintain safety programs as per ISO 45001

• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.

• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions.

• Conduct safety drills, including fire and emergency response training.

• Conduct safety training for employees, workers and contractors.

• Develop awareness programs on PPE usage, emergency procedures, and hazard controls.

• Maintain EHS documentation, including reports, permits, and incident records.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify gaps in EHS practices.

• Ensure proper functioning of fire-fighting equipment and emergency response systems.

• Monitor and enforce PPE usage across all departments.

• Work closely with management, HR, and operations to enhance EHS performance.
