Role & responsibilities
Provide support to assigned global clients or global client facing teams for resolving queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordination with backend teams.
Prepare simple BI reports for specific clients as assigned.
Assign, monitor, validate, and deliver any bugs/issues.
Conduct testing of new developments or bug fixes for assigned clients.
Support the going live phase of the assigned implementation project.

High learnability to quickly grasp recent skills and a team-oriented approach to work as a team player.
Good Verbal and written Communication Skills.
Problem solving skills with high accountability and reliability to resolve customer issues.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
