Role & responsibilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.

• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical faults in production lines, utilities, and plant infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

• Supervise junior technicians & operator to providing guidance and training.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and spare parts inventory.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiency.

• Implement energy conservation measures and suggest improvements for electrical systems.

• Support installation and commissioning of recent equipment.

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



for electrical maintenance tasks.

• Maintain compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other

regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring issues.

• Ensure documentation aligns with QMS requirements for traceability and continuous

improvement.

• Collaborate with the Quality team to integrate maintenance processes into the overall QMS

framework.

• Train team members on documentation practices and QMS compliance
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities as per

GMP standards.
