Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the caf.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements
Previous experience in a caf,



restaurant, or hospitality leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
