Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance, and provide in office technical support for our clients. Responsibilities
Follow all company and plant safety policies and procedures.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues independently.




Escalate complex technical problems to senior technicians or supervisors when needed.
Complete maintenance logs, service reports, and other required documentation.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Provide guidance and support to entry-level technicians as needed.
Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and client personnel regarding work progress and issues.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Participate in training programs to expand technical skills and knowledge.
Travel to multiple customer locations as required.

Qualifications
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience performing maintenance and repair on industrial equipment, machinery, or related systems preferred.
Willingness to travel to various job sites.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to comply with all safety requirements and company policies.
