Train painting partners on sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
Improve communication, grooming, and customer interaction skills.
Conduct training to enhance inspection and service quality ratings.
Identify and resolve low customer ratings through coaching.
Provide regular sales and service training sessions.
Ensure partners follow company
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in training, sales, or operations (preferably in painting/interiors/home services).
Robust communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel locally to train service partners.
Goal: Improve partner performance, customer satisfaction, service quality, and sales conversions
