We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join AlgoTest (S22). We're a dynamic, rapid-growing startup revolutionizing the trading industry with a platform built specifically for retail traders and investors. Our goal is to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to make informed trading decisions, levelling the playing field for retail traders in the financial markets.

Position Overview: Our web frontend is built in ReactJS and talks to our backend microservices via REST APIs. We're primarily looking for a solid frontend developer (React/Next.js) who's comfortable picking up backend tasks and understands microservice architecture as needed. You'll join as a founding team member on a product already used by thousands of people — we iterate quickly and ship rapid.

Requirements:



Strong proficiency in React/Next.js, with solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript. Working knowledge of Python and REST API design, with an understanding of microservice architecture — comfortable picking up backend tasks when needed. Proven experience (3+ years) building and shipping production web applications, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

A self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and drive projects to completion. Prior experience in trading, fintech, or algorithmic trading is a plus. Location DL IN / Delhi IN Salary $10K - $30K Experience 1+ Years
