Sales Manager (South) {Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore}

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across South India. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in B2B sales, team management, and technical sales, preferably in lab equipment or industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for the South region.

Achieve regional sales targets and increase market share.

Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Generate current business through customer meetings and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable testing equipment.

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

Prepare quotations, proposals,



and negotiate deals.

Track sales performance and submit regular reports.

Coordinate with production, service, and marketing teams for smooth order execution. Requirements

Proven experience in leading a sales team.

Robust B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products or lab equipment.

Valuable understanding of technical products and ability to explain them to customers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth. Non Negitiables:

Experience in lab testing equipment or industrial/heavy machinery.

Technical qualification/Knowledge in Engineering or a related field.

Experience handling sales across South India.

Salary Bracket: 10-12LPA

Must be willing to travel frequently to Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

The first round of interviews will be conducted virtually. Shortlisted candidates will then attend a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Managers at the job location.
