Role & responsibilities
Annual Budgeting, Periodic management reporting and reviews.
Periodic detailed analysis of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash flow
Regular review and monitoring of budgets/ Plan vs actuals and proactively highlight potential issues in advance for timely course corrections.
Ensure accuracy in transfer pricing transactions in NIIT group entities
Ensure accuracy in customized financial reporting to stakeholders
Assist and initiate process automation initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
Positive Communication Skills
Sense of urgency and ability to be proactive on issues and prospects Flexibility, Self drive & commitment: Should be a self driver, comfortable to stretch at the time of closing & audit
Graduation from finance stream- Preferred CA, CFA, Mcom. or MBA
