Role & responsibilities
Visit hospitals, industries, and clients to promote services and secure current orders.
Understand client requirements/changes and ensure timely, quality service delivery.
Follow up with clients for payments and collect dues responsibly.
Deposit payments in banks and maintain accurate records of outstanding debtors.
Provide prompt service support and resolve client queries effectively.
Track and verify stock/inventory with clients during visits.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
13 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or accounts coordination.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for debtor tracking.
Selfmotivated, accountable, and willing to travel for client visits.
Ability to balance marketing activities with financial followups.
