The Franchise & Distribution Head will be responsible for developing, expanding, and managing the company's franchise and distribution network across India. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, appointing franchisees and distributors, strengthening channel partnerships, and driving sustainable sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Appoint and manage franchisees, distributors, and dealers.

Expand the company's distribution network across India.

Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.

Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships.

Identify current business prospects and market expansion strategies.





Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute business plans.

Monitor partner performance and ensure business objectives are achieved.

Requirements

Any Graduate (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Distribution, or Channel Sales.

Solid leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven experience in business development and partner management.

Willingness to travel across India.
