Role & responsibilities
Remotely proctor a variety of high stakes exams
Maintain confidentiality and security of all exams administered
Responsible for promoting and maintaining the highest level of exam security
Writes detailed reports and correspondence for all incidents encountered during an exam
Daily, weekly and monthly queue performance reporting
Assist in responding to Customer Service calls and live chat as needed
Work and communicate effectively with various levels of management
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent French communication, Reading and Writing skills.
Willing and able to work on either day or night shifts.
Willing and able to work onsite.
