Job Description
DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Ansible, Azure DevOps (ADO), and CI/CD pipeline implementation, along with working knowledge of ServiceNow workflow development, ServiceNow Studio, and Citizen Development practices.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, streamlining deployment processes,



and supporting IT service workflows while enabling low-code/no-code solutions within ServiceNow.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
Experience in building and managing Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines.
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow workflow configuration and scripting.
Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow Studio for workflow and application development.
Understanding of ServiceNow Citizen Development (low-code/no-code solutions).
Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
Understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
