About the Role

Torchit is looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role primarily involves handling all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring every interaction with Torchit reflects our values of professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Answer all incoming phone calls in a polite, skilled, and courteous manner.
Understand callers' requirements and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Welcome visitors, clients, partners, and vendors at the office with warmth and professionalism.
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about Torchit and its products/services.
Take messages and ensure timely communication with the concerned teams.
Maintain call logs and visitor records.
Coordinate meeting schedules and assist with front office operations.
Manage incoming emails,



courier deliveries, and office correspondence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to everyone who contacts or visits Torchit.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent spoken English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a rapid-paced workplace.
Prior experience in reception, customer support, hospitality, or front office is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
