Job Title: Revenue Growth Management (RGM) SME / Analyst CPG Consulting

Experience: 4 to 14 Years
Employment Type: Full time

Location - Bangalore ( onsite )

(FMCG background preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Work on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives including Pricing Analytics, Promotion Optimization, Assortment Optimization, and Retail Execution (Sales Analytics).
Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Analyze and validate POS, Retailer POS, Sell-In, TPM, Promotion Calendar, Nielsen, and IRI/Circana data.
Perform SQL-based data analysis and support data validation.
Build insights using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Consulting teams.
Support commercial decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills
4 to 10 years of experience in Analytics, Business Analysis, RGM, CPG, or Retail Analytics.
Robust knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM).




Hands-on experience in Pricing, Promotions, Assortment, Retail Execution, or Sales Analytics.
Robust SQL skills (Databricks is a plus).
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Good understanding of Data Modeling and Business Analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications Preferred
Deep CPG industry background, ideally across multiple categories (FMCG, beverages, personal care, or similar)
Multi-market or multi-geography experience, especially in emerging or high-complexity retail environments
Exposure to revenue management tooling platforms (e.g. Pricing Solutions, Blue Yonder, or custom RGM tools)
Familiarity with data science outputs ability to read and critique elasticity model outputs, scenario simulations, and lift tables
