About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to support our India business hiring operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic IT staffing, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must have prior experience working with direct clients and should possess robust contract staffing exposure within the domestic recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Domestic IT hiring requirements.
Understand and analyze client requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels.
Perform candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Ensure timely submissions and closures against assigned requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




Deliver quality candidates within defined timelines and SLA expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
Experience in contract staffing is mandatory.
Experience working with direct clients is mandatory.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
