Head – Safety (Instrumentation)

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering + PDIS (Mandatory)

Industry: Manufacturing / Metals / Mining / Heavy Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Lead instrumentation safety programs and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), safety audits, and incident investigations.
Ensure adherence to PTW, LOTO, confined space, and work-at-height safety procedures.
Develop and implement safety policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
Deliver safety training and promote a robust safety culture across teams.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, projects, and contractors to ensure protected work practices.
Monitor safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory compliance.
Experience with ISO 45001, HIRA, JSA, PTW, LOTO, and incident investigation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in safety audits, reporting, and team management.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
