Position Overview

Role: General Manager Quality (Regional Lead)

Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office with PAN India site travel)

Experience Bracket: 25 to 30 Years

Target Domain: Mandatorily requires deep experience in Data Center Projects (EPC/MEP infrastructure)

Core Mandate: As the Regional Quality Lead, you will move away from localized site operations to take complete strategic and operational ownership of the entire Data Center division's QA/QC framework. You will establish corporate quality plans, manage cross-functional deliverables across national sites, implement robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) metrics, and lead a multi-layered team of Electrical, Mechanical,



and CSA Quality Engineers.

Key Requirements
Academic Background: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) or Electrical Engineering.

Domain Expertise: Comprehensive mastery of multi-lifecycle Data Center construction, engineering procurement, execution testing, and commissioning loops (L1 through L5 testing and CX coordination). Leadership Value: Proven capability to engage with Executive Management, international clients, and project consultants while driving systemic quality turnarounds.
