Job Summary The candidate is responsible for developing and executing the M&S; strategy across CHA, IL, FF, and SCM verticals. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strategic customer relationships, and positioning the organization as a preferred integrated logistics partner.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for integrated logistics solutions across CHA, freight forwarding, inland transportation, and SCM services.
Develop key accounts and expand business with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
Identify current market opportunities, industry segments, and customer verticals.
Monitor market trends,
competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop competitive strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Experience
Relevant experience in logistics and supply chain
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics operations
Financial and commercial acumen
Data Analysis
Robust interpersonal relationship building with stakeholders
