This is a high-impact leadership prospect for professionals who have successfully driven strategic procurement, supplier partnerships, localization, cost optimization, and new product development within large automotive OEMs.

Role & responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead procurement for future vehicle platforms and strategic programs.
Drive supplier relationship management, localization, and value engineering initiatives.
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Program Management teams during product development.
Lead negotiations for high-value sourcing contracts and commercial agreements.
Build resilient supply chains while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery excellence.
Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and supplier innovation.




Mentor and lead high-performing procurement teams.

Preferred candidate profile:
20 to 28 years of progressive procurement experience within the automotive industry.
Proven experience leading large procurement portfolios and cross-functional teams.
Exposure to passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, EV programs, or advanced manufacturing.
Robust commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Engineering degree from a reputed institution; MBA from a premier institute will be an advantage.
