Job Responsibilities (JR):
Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns of plant, utility, and process equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor equipment performance, environmental conditions, and door interlocks, taking corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and provide engineering support for reliable equipment performance.
Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate recurring electrical issues through effective corrective and improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely procurement of spares and consumables, maintain documentation accuracy, and support equipment commissioning/decommissioning activities.
Implement safety, 5S, ISO 14001, energy-saving, and cost-reduction initiatives while preventing electrical accidents.
Support internal and external audits, ensure audit readiness, develop team capability through technician training, and optimize manpower utilization.
