Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and deliver effective productdemonstrations highlighting Atomberg features and perks.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling.
Maintain product visibility, correct placement, shelf hygiene, and planogram adherence.
Support execution of in-store promotions, brand activations, and coordinate with store staff forsmooth operations.
Ensure timely reporting of sales, stock status, competitor activity, and adhere to company SOPs,attendance, and grooming standards.ISP Profile Checkpoints

Expected In-hand Salary: 17,000 25,000ctc per month.

• Sales Incentives: 3,000 – 5,000 per month (linked to target achievement).

• Prior experience as a Sales Promoter / Demonstrator in Contemporary Trade or Large Format Stores

• Exposure to consumer durables or electrical appliances is an added advantage.
