Role Description The Growth and Digital Marketing Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth for Heroxhost.

Day-to-day activities include planning and managing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and performance marketing; analyzing data and metrics to optimize campaigns; and collaborating with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The role also involves overseeing content and creative assets, managing marketing budgets, identifying growth opportunities,



and staying current with digital trends relevant to hosting and technology services.

Qualifications
Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, and growth-focused campaign planning.
Experience with online advertising platforms, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to analyze data, interpret key metrics, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Experience in brand positioning, messaging, and creating integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to drive aligned outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft explicit and compelling marketing copy.
Demonstrated experience in B2B or technology/hosting services marketing is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and a results-oriented mindset.
Comfort working on-site in Indore and engaging directly with local team members and stakeholders.
