Key Responsibilities
Mandatory stay in the hostel and availability for emergencies.
Supervise the daily operations of the ladies' hostel.
Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all residents.
Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules.
Manage room allotment, attendance, and occupancy records.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and mess services.
Handle resident complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hostel.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Security.
Maintain hostel registers, inventory, and incident reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and emergency procedures.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
