Job Title: GeM & KPPP Executive

Job Summary The GeM & KPPP Executive will be responsible for identifying government tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams and OEMs, and ensuring timely completion of tender-related activities through the GeM and KPPP(Karnataka Public Procurement Portal) portals.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor GeM and KPPP portals for current tender opportunities.
Download and review tender documents.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
Upload quotations, documents, and product details on the portals.
Coordinate with OEMs for authorization letters and compliance documents.
Prepare tender-related documentation, including technical specifications and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams for bid submissions.
Maintain records of submitted, ongoing,



and awarded tenders.
Track bid status and respond to customer queries or clarifications.
Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of tender information and company documents.

Required Skills
Knowledge of GeM and KPPP portals.
Understanding of government tendering procedures.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Experience
Experience in handling government tenders for IT products, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV, ELV, or related solutions.
Familiarity with OEM documentation and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
