Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, and employee payroll administration. Candidates from staffing or payroll outsourcing companies are welcome, provided they have handled payroll for clients in Infrastructure, Construction, Steel, Metal & Mining, Railway, or Industrial Equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other statutory regulations.
Handle payroll audits, reconciliations,



MIS reporting, and payroll documentation.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external agencies for payroll activities.
Manage employee advantages, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
Resolve payroll-related employee queries and drive payroll process improvements.

Requirements
MBA is Mandatory.

Candidates from Infrastructure, Construction, Steel Manufacturing, Metal & Mining, Railway, Industrial Equipment, or Staffing/Payroll Outsourcing companies managing payroll for these industries are preferred.
