6:00 PM to 3:30 AM

We are looking for Healthcare Operations Associates to support health payer operations, including member enrollment, premium billing, payment application, provider demographic data updates, and core medical claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle health payer member enrollment and maintenance activities.
Process premium billing and payment-related transactions accurately.
Update and maintain provider demographic information.
Support medical claim processing and related healthcare operations.
Respond to member and provider queries through appropriate channels.




Track, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries within defined timelines.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with healthcare processes.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of healthcare operations preferred.
Ability to work in rotational/versatile evening shifts.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
