About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Growth Engineer to sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. This role is for someone who can combine hands-on coding ability with a solid commercial mindset building tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that directly drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue. You will design and ship growth systems (outbound engines, lead scoring, personalization, data enrichment) rather than just support them, and you will be measured on the revenue impact of what you build.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain growth tools and automations using Python and JavaScript to support Sales and Marketing workflows.
Apply AI/coding-assisted development to ship growth projects faster — e.g., using AI coding tools to prototype, automate, and scale outbound and inbound systems.
Build and optimize lead generation, enrichment, and outreach pipelines using AI sales platforms (e.g., Clay, Claude, or similar tools).
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and engineer solutions that improve conversion at each stage.




Own and report on revenue-linked metrics — pipeline generated, conversion uplift, or direct revenue contribution — tied to the tools and systems you build.
Integrate CRM, marketing automation, and third-party data/API sources to create a connected growth stack.
Continuously test, iterate, and scale growth experiments based on data and performance.
Stay current with emerging AI and growth-engineering tools and evaluate them for adoption.

What You'll Bring
Solid coding experience in Python and JavaScript, with the ability to build and ship working tools independently.
Internship OR Certification on AI Platforms.

Positive to Have
Hands-on experience with AI platforms for sales and lead generation, such as Clay, Claude, or similar tools.
Experience working with or selling into US or UK markets.
Experience building AI-assisted sales workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
Prior experience in a growth, revenue operations, or growth engineering role
